- Photos/Videos: Essential proof, especially for damage, showing the original packaging and product.
Refund Process:
- Method: Back to the original payment method or UPI.
- Timing: Processed within 3-7 business days after approval.
Customer Responsibility:
- Provide accurate delivery address and contact details.
- Report issues promptly with evidence.
